Frequently asked questions

Is Eishly free?

Yes. Every report is shown in full, free — every red flag, missing item, severity score, and negotiation question, with nothing to unlock and nothing to pay.

Is this legal, financial, or medical advice?

No. Eishly gives you information to help you read a quote — it's never legal, financial, or medical advice, and it never tells you what to decide or guarantees an outcome. See the Disclaimer.

How accurate is the analysis?

It's generated only from the text of the quote you give it, and isn't checked against a verified database of real prices or suppliers. Every reasonableness read comes with its own confidence level. See Is this accurate? for the full picture.

Do you store the quote I paste or upload?

No. Eishly never stores the raw text of the quote you paste or upload — only the generated report is kept, scoped to an anonymous session tied to your browser. See Privacy.

What can I upload?

Pasted text, a .txt or .pdf file, or a photo of a paper quote — photos and scanned pages go through text recognition (OCR) automatically.

Can I compare more than one quote?

Yes. Compare mode takes 2–3 quotes for the same job and shows a side-by-side read: best value and why, most padded, what each is missing, and negotiation questions across all of them.

Do I need to create an account?

No. There's no login — an anonymous session id tied to your browser lets you see your own past reports on /history, and adding an email there is entirely optional.

What quote types does this work for?

Any quote you paste in works — the analysis is tuned with sharper, quote-type-specific checks for builder, mechanic, medical, legal, and mover quotes, worked out automatically from the quote's own text.

Can I share a report with someone else?

Yes. Every report has a "Share report" button that generates a read-only link — anyone who has it can view a copy of the report with no account or session of their own needed.

Is my information shared with other products?

No. On /history you can optionally opt in to marketing emails — that only records your consent choice (and lets you withdraw it any time). Nothing is actually emailed yet, and it's never used to share your details with another product.
